Just a note: the CI issue discussed at #2933 (comment) did not occur with the update to 3.15.0rc1 for some reason (I can confidently say it was not disk size related so probably has something to do with the testbed update).

This should fix the CI issue discussed at #2933 (comment).
These Python versions have also fixed the content of their .pc files, allowing a workaround to be removed.
And they update the Android testbed Gradle version, making it compatible with Java 25 (#2950).
