This repo is GitHub's special .github repo for the quantarahq organization. It serves two purposes:

1. profile/README.md is rendered on the organization's public profile page — github.com/quantarahq.
2. The community health files here (CODE_OF_CONDUCT.md, CONTRIBUTING.md, SECURITY.md) act as org-wide defaults for any repo that doesn't define its own. Every repo in this org currently defines its own copies (kept in sync with these), so this is a fallback safety net rather than the source of truth any individual repo actually reads day to day.

If you're looking for the actual product, you want one of:

• quantara-core — backend API + Soroban contract
• quantara-web — dashboard
• quantara-toolkit — future CLI/runtime
