It's a little awkward splitting the name out of the filename but works for now without refactoring the scraping

Looks good to me. Nice to link to the rosdoc2 documentation - though the information available there for the message or service is really no different than the github source.

Yeah, I'm hoping we'll get a chance to improve it in the docs in the future and this can hopefully get people going both ways between index and the rosdoc2 content more.
