General Description

SASS App is a CMS (Content management system) and TMS (Time Management System) for Student Academic Services of DEREE college.

Core Operations

It provides all CRUD(Create, Read, Update, and Delete) operations for:

  • Personal data of users
  • Tutors schedule - working hours
  • Tutors appointments
  • Student & courses
  • Appointments data
  • Reports data

Additional Operations

Besides the above core CRUD features the app provides additional features:

  • Represent data in a calendar view.
  • Represent data statistics using charts, graphs, and tables
  • Daily emails for pending appointments & reports.
  • Registration, Login, Google Recaptcha & Email verifications
  • Autonomously (hourly during working hours 09:00-20:00):
    • Backup database to production server in SQL format.
    • Backup database to a Dropbox account in SQL format.
    • Export appointments data to a Dropbox in Excel format.
  • Support: Hands on & Youtube 'How to'

SASS App developers are currently in process of adding search/show complex statics data. e.g. Average appointments per tutor during 2015 Spring Semester.
