Comment out monkey patching.

Get rid of async_to_sync because it spawns a new event loop.

New benchmark spawn technique.

Create a new async engine for each benchmark run.

Use new engine and NullPool for both sync and async.

Use psycopg3 to have the same db driver for both sync and aysnc bencmarks.

Increase sleep time to see if that changes benchmarks.
