Helper functions to handle THERIAK DOMINO files

• Therin Generator: Calculates the molar units given a bulk compositions (wt. %) and generates the THERIN input for Theriak-Domino
• GUZZLER table filter: Extracts minerals from the GUZZLER reaction table
