Design and analytical synthesis of a 15 GHz Ku-band microwave low-noise amplifier based on the ATF-26884 GaAs pHEMT transistor and Rogers RO4350B substrate. Features Mathcad matching derivations, CST 3D electromagnetic simulations, and Altium Designer PCB layouts.
