A fork of aqpet (Air Quality Policy Evaluation Toolkit) adding the Tuan Vu day-of-year/hour windowed resampling method for weather normalisation (Vu et al., 2019), with a configurable resampling window and separate meteorological pool, plus reproducibility improvements including seed-correct parallel resampling.
