Restore loggers page, remove duplicate zis aux page

I found 2 pages that do not exist on the sidebar but can be reached through the search bar.

1. Removed: ZIS AUX page - it had content duplicating other accessible pages. Just old and outdated

2. Added: primary loggers description - this was in 'extending' but is really troubleshooting info, so I moved it and added it to the sidebar for v2 and v3.
